How I plan on doing this...

I was thinking about how I am going to evaluate the different beers I try and I've decided to just write down what I taste, smell, see, as well as anything else that adds to it. I was going to do a 1-10 grading scale, but decide it was lame. I am not an expert, just a guy from Wisconsin who is passionate about trying different good beer and sharing it with others.
